# Seller Account Locked

We may lock your account due to security purposes or suspicious activity within
your Seller Account.



If Museable locks your Seller Account, you will be notified via your Museable
account email address. In the email, we will state the reason for locking your
Seller Account. You will see a banner on your Museable dashboard at the top of
your screen highlighting that your account has been locked. By clicking the
"Learn more" link, you can view further details of your account being locked.




WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO MY ACCOUNT?

When your account is locked, the account will be inaccessible. You can read
further details listed below.

 * You will lose access to your Museable account selling privileges including
   purchasing sheet music, writing and managing your reviews, and managing your
   orders (temporarily)

 * Sheet music listings will be unavailable (temporarily)

 * Payouts will be paused (temporarily)

 * Your Museable Payments account will be restricted (temporarily)

 * You cannot create new Museable accounts. Any new Museable accounts you create
   will be permanently suspended.




WHAT CAN I DO?

You can complete a verification process that authorizes a $2.00 temporary charge
to unlock your account.

 1. Locate the "Account Locked" banner from your Dashboard or other pages.

 2. Click on the underlined Learn more link on the banner.

 3. Scroll down to the Actions section.

 4. Select the Verify this account button.

 5. Tap the Continue button.

 6. Enter your payment details on the screen.

 7. Click the Pay button to authorize this temporary charge.

That's it! Once our Trust & Safety can verify the temporary security charge, it
will be refunded to your original payment method in 3-5 business days and your
account will be unlocked.
