The importance of maintaining your Seller Account data is a priority for us at Museable. With just a few clicks, you can request a copy of your account data via email within 48 hours in compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

What Seller Account data will I receive?
Under the compliance of the CCPA, you will receive the following Seller Account data from Museable:
A basic copy of your account data from our database (excluding passwords since they aren't stored in our database)
Data collected during the onboarding process
It's important to note that the list above may not include all the data you're looking for. At Museable, we use third-party software to operate our platforms. If you need to access specific data stored with a third party, please contact our support team and we'll help you get in touch with the relevant third party. Please keep in mind that some of the data stored in our third-party software platforms is beyond our control to extract.
How do I request my Seller Account data?
From the dashboard on the left side panel, click on Settings > Request account data.
Click the Request my data button.
Enter your Vendor ID in the modal for verification purposes.
To submit your request, click the Submit account data request button.
