You can seamlessly remove outdated or inactive discounts from your offerings. Keep your storefront clean and organized, ensuring only the most relevant and current promotions are presented to your audience.
Getting started with deleting a discount
From the dashboard on the left side panel, click on Discount codes.
Locate the discount you want to delete.
Under the Actions column, click the Delete discount button.
In the modal, select the Permanently delete discount button.
Note: After you delete your discount, its status will change to "Deleted". However, the discount will still be usable at this point, but we advise you to communicate to your customers that the discount will be unusable as a form of preparation for the deletion. Within 24 hours, the discount will be permanently deleted and no longer visible to you. Once the discount is removed from your view, it is unuseable since it has been deleted.
