Seller Account Permanently Suspended

Museable permanently suspends accounts that violate our Terms of Service.

If Museable suspends your Seller Account, you will be notified via your Museable account email address. In the email, we will state the permanent suspension reason. You will see a red banner on your Museable dashboard at the top of your screen highlighting your account suspension. By clicking the "Learn more" link, you can view further details of your permanent account suspension.

What will happen to my account?

When your account is suspended, the account will be inaccessible. You can read further details listed below.

  • You will lose access to your Museable account selling privileges including purchasing sheet music, writing and managing your reviews, and managing your orders (permanently)

  • Sheet music listings will be deleted

  • Payouts will be paused (permanently)

  • Your Museable Payments account will be restricted (permanently)

  • Ads will be permanently disabled

  • You cannot create new Museable accounts. Any new Museable accounts you create will be permanently suspended.

My account wasn't supposed to be suspended

You can contact Museable support if you disagree with our decision (this is not a guarantee that your account will be restored). Usually, our Trust & Safety team makes fair decisions when permanently suspending accounts.
