We may temporarily suspend your account if we find a minor violation of our Terms of Service.
If Museable temporarily suspends your Seller Account, you will be notified via your Museable account email address. In the email, we will state the temporary suspension reason. You will see a yellow banner on your Museable dashboard at the top of your screen highlighting your account suspension. By clicking the "Learn more" link, you can view further details of your temporary account suspension.
What will happen to my account?
When your account is temporarily suspended, the account will be inaccessible. You can read further details listed below.
You will lose access to your Museable account selling privileges including purchasing sheet music, writing and managing your reviews, and managing your orders (temporarily)
Sheet music listings will be unavailable (temporarily)
Payouts will be paused (temporarily)
Your Museable Payments account will be restricted (temporarily)
You cannot create new Museable accounts. Any new Museable accounts you create will be permanently suspended.
What can I do?
You can reactivate your account to waive the temporary suspension from your account.
Locate the yellow "Account Temporarily Suspended" banner from your Dashboard or other pages.
Click on the underlined Learn more link on the banner.
Scroll down to the Actions section.
Select the Reactivate account button.
Enter the required information in the modal.
Click on the Submit account for review and reactivation button to submit your reactivation request.
